I was given an estimate to fill a cavity of around $60 (after insurance). I had the cavity filled and paid exactly what they told me the cost would be, $61.20. A month later I receive a bill for $158 MORE stating I’m 30 days past due and need to clear??? No explanation, no apology for a bill that’s over 3 Times the amount quoted! How can a company who’s been in business this long not know what BCBS covers and how much? It was a simple filling! Now they say they are filing a lawsuit against me for the $158. So they’re losing 3 clients (my wife, daughter and myself) over $158.
Expensive but first class services
He did cavities for me. Two of them have chipped and cracked. I am having to pay twice as much now to have them fixed by a different dentist. One of the teeth he was suppose to work on is going to have to be pulled and have an implant placed in its place because the filling did not fill the tooth 100% and the tooth became rotten and green and black. His assistant was rough and made the experience 50x's more painful by scraping my gum and hitting other teeth when preparing the area. She never apologized or anything and was a complete female dog about the whole thing. I did inform her I had sensitive teeth.
Made me new dentures and they fit great! The nicest, friendliest staff ever. Never waited very long . love this place.
The wisdom teeth he left shivers and pieces of teeth and they are going to have to be pulled again. He is an awful dentist with God awful assistants. Please do not use him. Go somewhere else. I am in the process of launching a formal complement with the American Dental Association.
